A holistic approach to therapy and coaching

A lot of people who come to see me struggle with  stress and anxiety.

Anxiety and being in a constant state of 'fight or flight', is often the root cause of many illnesses and conditions. 

Over the years I have help 100's of people learn techniques and ways to manage their stress, and helped them, to bring themselves back into a place of balance and better health.

Coming from a yoga and mindfulness background my coaching and therapy sessions work in a holistic way, bringing years of experience and awareness to the mind/ body connection, through somatic practises, breath work, meditations and learning to work with the subconscious mind, and deep rooted programming. I help people to reframe and take back control of their mindset through hypnotherapeutic , EFT and NLP techniques. 

I work in clinics in Brighton and Lewes, at home in my yurt, and I can  offer sessions on zoom.

I am also the Co-Director of Routes For Change  C.I.C We focus on helping young people and adults, and vulnerable groups in the community.

Each session lasts 75 minutes.

Prices are on a sliding scale, £90 to £60.
